Insects Rodents AnimalsInspector note: Temporarily increase frequency of extermination to address pests observed on stairs to basement and beneath equipment in basement. Evidence of pests was not observed in food service or storage areas. During a reinspection completed on 7-16-08 a juvenile mouse was observed in the basement and droppings were observed around the mop storage area. Provide a written Integrated Pest Management Report for BISD to review proof of contract with a professional pest control service and a copy of extermination report dated between July 16 2008 and July 23 2008. Staff should not be providing pest control duties.
