    Inspector note: Filters on cooking line soiled with heavy build up. Please clean filters. Hood sticker was blue and was last cleaned in March and is due in Sept. Cooking ;ine has grill stove and deep fry unit. PIC will need to check with BFD to see if the proper hood sticker id being used. 7-12-22 The filters have been cleaned but want to be sure the proper sticker is on this hood.
