Inspector note: Evidence of rodent activity in the basement along the wall and on the foundation ledge. In kitchen along the walls and under the cooking equipment. Please address the fruit flies in the basement. 10-15-25 Please continue with the pest inspects. Please have pest control fix or show you areas that will need to be address patched or filled in so rodents can not get in.

Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the floor under the cooking equipment. Heavy grease build up. Along the wall in the kitchen and basement I found droppings. Please do a deep cleaning in both locations.

Inspector note: On foundation ledge above to the left of the soda shelf you will find a dead mouse that has been around for a while. 10-15-25 I did show the kitchen staff the issue that I found. Please continue to have pest control come out and fill in any holes found in basement.
