Please continue to clean and monitor. The report has notes that you will need to address.

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the floor under the cooking equipment. Heavy grease build up. Along the wall in the kitchen and basement I found droppings. Please do a deep cleaning in both locations. 10-29-25 Please continue to clean the floor under and behind equipment in the kitchen and basement. In basement found droppings along the wall by the soda shelf and the ledge by the walk in.
