Manager states that timers are used for the 4 hours however during my inspection no timers were in use and PIC is unable to verify how long the stromboli has been out / Discontinue method without proper SOPs reviewed and approved by the health division. / Stromboli will be voluntarily disposed of due to being out of temperature for an undetermined amount of time. Discussed keeping Stromboli cold and heating in the pizza oven upon order
