Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the hood filters. Visibly soiled. The hood sticker is expired (Sept 2024) Have hood cleaned

Drain boards (C)Inspector note: As discussed PIC will need to use the drain boards to store soiled equipment. I found soiled equipment in all three bays and on floor. Three bay sink wil need to be available to wash rinse and sanitize if you need to do so.

Cutting Surfaces (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the cutting boards on the cooking line. Bleach to remove deep dark stains.

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the floor under and behind all cooking equipment three bay sink and refrigeration units. PIC will need to clean the walls in the location.

Maintaining Premises Unnecessary Items and Litter (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to keep location clean and organized. Equipment that is not being used please remove or store in basement. Remove ladder to another location.
