    Inspector note: During this inspection I found a ROP and a Sous Vide machine being used. PIC stated that he just finished packaging. No HACCP plan available for this to be done at this location. PIC will need to get a HACCP Plan and to follow the proper crieria. PIC will need to discontinue to used until approved to do so. Food was removed for the packages. PIC can provide standard operating procedures what you would like to do to be approve by The Health Division.
