Upon re-inspection.PIC has provided plumber & national grid reports.PIC states that a company rep from Rheem concerning the hot water heater will be on site today(8.18.17) to assess the condition of the hot water unit. At the time of re-inspection Hot water temped at 117F. PIC states the hot water heater is currently on a 12 hour factory reset and will be monitored by staff.
