Raw fish and chicken isnide of the flip top cooelr with elevated temperatures ranging from 52-58F. Address and ensure all TCS foods are being maintained at below 41F. All foods were removed from both units and not to be used until repairs have been made.

Address and discontinue use unless the units are able to maintaina temperature of below 41F. All foods were removed from both units at the tim of the inspection and placed into the walk-in cooler that was operating below 41F.
