    Inspector note: Chicken is being stored in a 2 door soda refrigeration unit. Chicken- 46F. Establishment does not have another means to store this chicken that is in a box. The pic stated he has a small refrigeration unit that is under the bar and this is where he does his cooling. The small refrigeration unit is being used to store sushi and other food products. Provide commerical grade refrigeration unit. Observed sushi being stored in the counter top sushi refrigeration unit over night.
