    Inspector note: Violation 8-404.11 cease operations. Sprinkler head discharged flooding establishment with non-potable water. Establishment was still in operation at time of my inspection. All prepped food has been voluntarily disposed of and denatured with bleach. The food disposed of is as follows: 1 half sheet pan - duck 1 half sheet pan - fish 1 half sheet pan - tofu 1 half sheet pan - pork ear 1 half sheet pan - spicy pork ear 1 half sheet pan - pork feet 1 half sheet pan - fried fish 1 half sheet pan - asparagus 1 half sheet pan - pork 1 full pan - rice 3 full pan - egg and fish dish 14 hanging ducks and chicken 2 large bowls bok choy 2 boxes of fried chicken 2 containers raw chicken 1 large bowl of dumplings 1 slat of raw shell eggs. The establishment also provides meals for Minuteman senior services. 60 individual meals were also voluntarily disposed of and denatured.
