    Inspector note: Interior and exterior of refrigeration equipment (cooking line and basement) will need to be cleaned of dry food and any water build up. PIC will need to clean sand and paint wire shelves inside refrigerators as discussed. • PIC will need to patch any holes in the walls along stairs as discussed. As discussed paint peeling wall tiles around three bay sink. Replace or paint soiled ceiling tiles. • PIC will need to provide covers for foods in storage. Small reach in had multiple foods with out covers and rusty soiled shelves.
