COLD WATER WAS PRESENT AT ALL OTHER SINKS IN FACILITY AT TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO MAINTAIN ALL HANDWASHING FACILITIES AT ALL TIMES. MANAGER CONTACTED A PLUMBER DURING INSPECTION WHO WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE SINK AND PROVIDE COLD RUNNING WATER, UNDER CITY PRESSURE DURING INSPECTION. CITATION ISSUED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-30.
