Instructed hand sinks may only be used for hand washing. Instructed must keep soap and paper towels at hand sinks at all times. Operator provided paper towels, and removed strainer during inspection. Critical violation 7-38-030.

Observed excessive dirt build up on floor threshold of prep area exterior rear door. Must detail clean and sanitize. Must maintain same.
