Inspector note: Work being performed in street in front of business by Inliner Solutions Andrew Mathison 617 418 9654 site superintendant Nate Homes is manager for 207 841 0906. Polyester Resin liner being lined into sewer lines in front of business. Strong Odors permeating into basement and kitchen spaces from work. Business has volunatrily closed. Spoke with DP by phone. Take all necessary measures to remediate the space of all odors and forward all related records of steps to isdhealth@boston.gov. Advised all occupants to leave building per DP. Some employees are complaining of headaches and nausea.
