    Inspector note: During the inspection beef shrimp squid and chicken in the first floor kitchen flip top and undercounter refrigerators were out of temperature (57 to 62 F). Contractors renovating the basement restroom tripped a fuse to the kitchen shutting down the two units. Food from the units was transferred to the walk-in to be cooled until temperature control is returned to the two units. The ownership will monitor the units until the service contractor arrives to verify proper operation of the equipment.
