PIC stated that the foods had just been placed into the unit approximately an 1.5 earlier. All foods were removed and placed into the walk-in cooler that was operating below 41F.

PIC Performing DutiescriticalInspector note: At the time of the inspection there was no hot water in the establishment due to the hot water heater not working. Management had been aware of the situation and failed to contact the City of Boston Health Department. In the future management is to contact the City of Boston Health Department if there is any major interruption in day to day operations.

Installed and MaintainedInspector note: At the time of the inspection it was discovered that the hot water heater was not operational. A new heater had been ordered and is to arrive on Tuesdays 10-2-18 to be installed. Establishment has Voluntarily closed due to not having any hot water.
