PIC stated that the foods had just been placed into the unit approximately an 1.5 earlier. All foods were removed and placed into the walk-in cooler that was operating below 41F.

    Inspector note: At the time of the inspection there was no hot water in the establishment due to the hot water heater not working. Management had been aware of the situation and failed to contact the City of Boston Health Department.
