Inspector note: All foods inside of the 4 drawer cooler near the front service counter with temperatures between 51-56F. PIC stated that the foods had just been placed into the unit approximately an 1.5 earlier. All foods were removed and placed into the walk-in cooler that was operating below 41F.

Management had been aware of the situation and failed to contact the City of Boston Health Department.
