(A) Ceasing Operations and Reporting (Pf)Inspector note: This inspection was done in response to a complaint about sewage backing up into the bathroom. The manager says that there was a blockage in the pipe that was causing water not sewage to backup through the drains when the toilets were flushed. The bathrooms were shut down and the pipe was repaired. This occured over a week ago and today the toilets are working properly and the area has been cleaned. Make sure that managers report any imminent health hazards using the 311 system and cease operations if there are no employee bathrooms available or possible sewage backing up into the facility. Provide receipts for any work done to repair the issue and call the health department in the future.
