Inspector note: Dish machine is now not draining and filling properly. Machine rinse temperature has been repaired the machine has again been taken out of service due to plumbing / Ensure the machine can be properly repaired or replace it. Stand has ample utensils and containers on hand. At closing 2:00pm all used utensils and containers are brought over to Stillman Hall for cleaning and sanitizig.
