Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Small single door cooler not operating proeprly and with a temperature of 50F. Discontinue use of the unit unless it is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. All foods were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into the walk-in refrigeration unit that was operating below 41F. Drip tray to the compressor of teh walk-in cooler apears to be leaking. Address and make any necessary repairs. Card board being used to line the wall near the preparation table in the rear of the kitchen. Discontue use.
