Warewashing Sinks and Drain boards Self-Draining (C)Inspector note: Ensure theer is an ample clean area to air dry glasses after being washed - set up sink and sanitizer before opening up to the public so it will be available when/if needed [ mostly using disposable cups at this time ] drain soiled water and set up again if needed
