Food Contact Surfaces CleancriticalInspector note: Sanitizer from automated system at 3 bay sink at less than 150ppm quats. Repair to maintain at 200-400ppm. Not in use at time of inspection. PIC to manually mix sanitizer until repair is made

Hot and Cold WatercriticalInspector note: Water available at handsinks at 65-70F. Must ensure water is maintained at 110F for handwashing. Reviewed procedures with PIC to ensure employees wash hands for a minimum of 20 seconds wash vigorously and after properly drying use hand sanitizer. Per interview with PIC art establishment adverse weather causes water to be cooler as the unit used to heat the water is on the roof. Following a phone conversation with Principal Inspector Thomas McAdams a 24 hour notice was issued. PIC must properly monitor water temperature at all sinks. Management company at Longwood Galleria was notified of issues. Provide information to Health Department of repairs.
