Inspector note: Plastic cutlery out for self service with serving end exposed. Store to present handle. 10/14/2021 The utensils were still stored with the serving end exposed. I talked with the manager and staff about proper storage of utensils and that they need to be stored inverted so the don't get contaminated from customers. The manager washed his hands changed his gloves and inverted the utensils.
