Inspector note: Service the glass machines as discussed. In the basement the two were not in use during the inspection and will not be in use during the evening. The units need to be primed and inspected for leaks in the suction / sanitizer supply lines. The sanitizer containers should be checked each night to be certain that they are full. The bottom / underside of the glass machine closest to the office should be cleaned. The unit should be primed and serviced. The glass machine at the street side of the bar should be primed and serviced. There appears to be a kink in the sanitizer line. The main dish machine is working properly and sanitizing at 75 ppm. The glasses should be run through the machine until each of the others is operating properly.
