Cold HoldingcriticalInspector note: Chicken wings at 100F and beef patties at 129F. Door to unit open PIC removed and reheated and will turn up unit. PIC removed and reheated. • Cut tomatoes at 63F. Tomatoes stacked to high. Remove more than half and store in refrigerator.

Location AccessiblecriticalInspector note: Hand sink at front counter still blocked with sanitizer bucket. Discontinue and so staff can wash hands more often and between tasks. This was addressed again with staff.
