OCTOPUSSE WAS BEING ACTIVELY COOKED WITH THE SOUS-VIDE AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. OCTOPUSSE THAT WAS BEING COOKED AT TIME OF INSPECTION WAS DISCARDED AND THE REMAINING OCTOPUSSE THAT WAS VACCUM SEALED AND STORED IN THE WALK-IN COOLER HAS BEEN TAGGED.
