INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR, REPLACE MISSING PANELS AND/OR REPLACE THE STAINED CEILING TILES. • OBSERVED MOP IN A POSITION THAT DOES NOT ALLOW TO DRY PROPERLY AND PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE, IN THE REAR NEAR THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST STORE MOP AFTER USE IN A MOUNTED POSITION THAT ALLOWS FOR AIR-DRYING WITHOUT SOILING AND PEST HARBORAGING. • OBSERVED EXCESS CLUTTER AND UNNECESSARY ARTICLES (ICE CREAM CHEST FREEZER, SHOES BOXES, SUITCASES) STORED IN THE REAR AND IN THE EMPLOYEE RESTROOM. MUST REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY ARTICLES, CLEAN ALL CLUTTER, ORGANIZE, AND MAINTAIN AREAS AT ALL TIMES.
