ALSO, OBSERVED THE FLOORS WITH CHIPS IN THE GAS STATION UNDER THE CHIP AISLE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN SAID FLOORS. • 6-201.11 OBSERVED A HOLE IN THE FLOOR AT THE FRONT SERVICE COUNTER IN THE GAS STATION. ALSO OBSERVED THE FRONT SERVICE COUNTER IN THE RESTAURANT MADE OF WOOD. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR SAID HOLE IN THE FLOOR AND MAKE THE FRONT SERVICE COUNTER IN THE RESTAURANT SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE AND MAINTAIN.
• ⚠️Adequate Ventilation & Lighting; Designated Areas Used • 4-202.18 OBSERVED THE VENTILATION FILTER WITH DUST BUILD UP AND GREASE RESIDUE ABOVE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE RESTAURANT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
