MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR THE HAND WASHING SINKS AND PROVIDE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER SO THAT THE WATER TEMPERATURE CAN BE ADJUSTED FOR PROPER HAND WASHING BETWEEN 100-120F. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
