INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL, REPAIR, OR REPLACE THE STAINED CEILING TILES. β’ OBSERVED CHIPPED PAINT ON THE WALLS IN THE REAR PREP/DISH AREA. NOTED 4" HOLE IN WALL IN REAR PREP AREA AND WALL IS UNFINISHED. INSTRUCTED TO RESURFACE AND REPAINT CHIPPED AREAS TO ENSURE WALLS ARE SEALED, SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. β’ NOTED FLOOR TILES IN FRONT AND REAR PREP MISSING GROUT, INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR TO CREATE A SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE. MUST MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
