Inspector note: Upon reinspection noticed ice machine still shut off and not in use. Facility stated they are waiting on a technician to service machine. Facility minimized violation by cleaning most effected areas but still some black, mold-like accumulation exists. Tagged ice machine held for inspection by CDPH and instructed to maintain out of use until fully cleaned and sanitized and UNTIL CDPH REMOVES TAG. Serious violation 7-38-005(a).

Inspector note: Observed the GE microwave at the front counter to have a worn interior with peeling paint. Instructed facility to stop using (not in use during inspection) and remove.
