Capacity-Quantity and Availability (Pf)Inspector note: At this time found sinks to not have hot water. PIC checked the water heater that was worked on last week and the lights blinking. Repair man was just down the street and came over to get water heater working. PIC will need to monitor this and close when location has no hot water. Hot water was working by the time I left. 1-10-24 At this time I found location to not have any hot water at any of the hand sinks. As discussed at the last inspection location should have been closed until repaired. PIC does have a plumber on hand at this time. When the hot water is properly working PIC can call the office at 617 635-5326. Please email ISDhealth@Boston.Gov with any paper work from plumber visit today.

Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf)Inspector note: Hand sink in warewashing blocked hand sinks in basement prep blocked. Reviewed with PIC not to block hand sinks at any time.

Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: Hood in basement prep will need to be cleaned. It has an electric oven and I can see into the duct and its visibly dusty and dirty. Please clean both and check with BFD if a hood sticker will be needed.

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the floors in the basement and warewashing room. Clean the walls in ware washing and basement prep around sinks and hood system. Clean A/C and heat vents in the basement ceiling.
