Inspector note: At this time found sinks to not have hot water. PIC checked the water heater that was worked on last week and the lights blinking. Repair man was just down the street and came over to get water heater working. PIC will need to monitor this and close when location has no hot water. Hot water was working by the time I left.

Inspector note: Hood in basement prep will need to be cleaned. It has an electric oven and I can see into the duct and its visibly dusty and dirty. Please clean both and check with BFD if a hood sticker will be needed.
