  Inspector note: PIC will need to address the complaint of rodents in the dining room. PIC at this time was able to give me a pest control report from May. Please email me the report from June and July please. PIC is aware of the complaint and has increased pest control to each week. Please send all reports to me so I can review them. The reports have notes on them from the inspector please be sure that you address the notes and have them removed on the next inspection. General cleaning under all seats and be sure any holes in the wall have been repaired. 8-5-25 Please continue with the pest inspections each week. We need to be sure the repairs that are noted are getting done and then removed from the report.
