Address clean to remove and make any necessary repairs. Unit was functioning properly at the time of the visit.

Prior to the establishment re-opening a plumbers report is to be provided to isdhealth@boston.gov for review/furhter direction. System Maintained in Good Repair (C)Inspector note: At the time of the inspection there was no hot water available at any sinks ie: hand 3 bay and preparation sinks. Plumber has been called and currently waiting on a timeline for repairs to be complete. At the time of the inspection the dish machine on the first floor was leaking. Address and make any necessary repairs. Basement 3 bay sink is to be used if dish machine is not fucntioning properly. Service call has been placed for all repairs to be made.
