Dishwashng FacilitiesInspector note: The dish machine should be serviced. The machine is capable of operating as a high temperature and low temperature machine. The plate temperatures are just below 160 F (by thermal test strip). The low temperature indicator light suggests that the unit is operating in low temperature mode. However the inspector could not obtain a reading on the chlorine test strip. It may be that the dish machine simply needs to be primed. A three-basin sink is available for proper cleaning and sanitizing.
-
Improper Maintenance of FloorsInspector note: There is a small hole located in the concrete floor behind the white water heater. The hole should be filled with concrete.
-
Premises MaintainedInspector note: Remove unnecessary articles from the basement. Old boxes containers and bags stored near the water heater should be removed.
