  Physical Facilities Installed, Maintained & Clean • OBSERVED THE OFFICE/DRY STORAGE CLOSET AT THE FRONT OF THE KITCHEN IMMEDIATELY TO THE SOUTH OF THE CASHIER TO BE UN ORGANIZED WITH VARIOUS ITEMS STACKED ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE AND DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AREA ORGANIZED AND FREE OF ITEMS NOT NECESSARY TO OPERATION OF FACILITIES. • OBSERVED MOPS STORED SUBMERGED IN MOP BUCKET IN UTILITY CLOSET AT TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO STORE ALL MOPS TO ALLOW FOR AIR DRYING IN BETWEEN USE.
